A keen legal practitioner with specialist interests in litigation and advocacy. Upon the successful completion of his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) programme at the Kogi State University in 2012, he proceeded to the Nigerian Law School from where he was admitted to the Nigerian Bar and enrolled as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 2013.

He has focused mainly on corporate legal practice in Lagos and Kogi states, Nigeria. He is a gifted courtroom advocate and a solicitor of great repute. He started his legal practice career with Fortune Chambers in Funtua Local Government Area of Katsina State (NYSC). He joined Trite Law Partners in Lagos after his NYSC and thereafter joined Messrs Niwa & Sceptre. He progressed his career and was engaged as Senior Counsel with F.O.A. Solicitors he was later promoted to the Head of Chambers before he joined Haldane McCall Nigeria Limited in 2020.

He has overseen several transactions in the areas of debt recovery, perfection of title, garnishee, maritime and litigation. He has appeared before several courts both appellate and lower courts in Nigeria arguing client’s cases.

He is a thorough bred Litigator with an uncommon flair for both civil and criminal trials, he also specialises in Commercial Law, Real Estate and Construction, Maritime, Public and Administrative Litigation. He led the team of lawyers involved in legal auditing exercises on Airtel Nigeria Plc. He was also part of the Airtel’s external team engaged to see the success of the execution of the Amended Lease Agreement between Airtel and the various Lessors across Nigeria. He has incorporated numerous private companies in the course of his career and has prepared the legal documentation for corporate restructuring including the conversion of Suru Group Limited to Haldane McCall PLC. He is a confident legal practitioner.
