Group Managing Director

Mr. Edward Akinlade

A distinguished professional and leader with extensive experience in management, finance, and real estate development. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).

He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Haldane McCall Plc, which owns subsidiaries including Suru Express Hotels Limited and Suru Homes Limited. He is also the Chairman of Prolific Microfinance Bank Limited.

An astute real estate professional, he pioneered cooperative upscale luxury housing in Nigeria and played a critical role in bringing the US five-star hotel brand Best Western Plus to Ikeja, Lagos.

Finance Director

Mr. Olufemi Ojewande

A seasoned finance professional with over 30 years of experience in accounting, financial management, taxation, risk control, and strategic business leadership. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).

He has built his career across leading multinational organisations such as Unilever Plc and Seven-Up Bottling Company Plc, where he rose through the ranks to become Regional Accounts Manager (West) and later Acting General Manager.

His expertise extends to budgeting, compliance, financial reporting and strategic decision-making, ensuring sustainable business growth.

Director, IT & Operations

Mr. David Emuloh

An IT professional whose experience spans commercial banking, digital marketing, project management, capacity development, digital transformation, cloud computing, IT infrastructure management, networking and design/development.

He began his career in IT support before moving to First Bank's commercial banking department. He has since worked with several organisations as an IT consultant, with a focus on web and app development, digital strategy and digital transformation — including projects within and outside Nigeria.

At Haldane McCall Plc he serves as Director of IT & Operations and as the Group's Quality Champion — leading the Company's ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certification.

Emmanuel Banwuna Adimabua is a Corporate Legal Practitioner with over a decade of experience spanning Experiential Marketing, Litigation, Aviation, and Capital Market Operations. He is an SEC Sponsored Individual with deep expertise in capital markets.

He currently serves as the Compliance and Data Protection Officer at Haldane McCall Plc. His diverse background allows him to seamlessly process and integrate ideas, making him a skilled professional in policy formulation and organisational standardisation. He excels in fostering strategic relationships and forging partnerships that deliver mutual benefits for all stakeholders.

Mr. Akintoye Adeyemi

An accomplished legal practitioner with a focus on litigation and advocacy. He completed his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) at Kogi State University in 2012, attended the Nigerian Law School, and was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 2013.

Specialising in corporate legal practice, he has worked extensively in Lagos and Kogi States. His career began at Fortune Chambers in Katsina State, then at Trite Law Partners in Lagos, and at Messrs Niwa & Sceptre. He was later engaged as Senior Counsel with F.O.A. Solicitors, eventually becoming Head of Chambers before joining Haldane McCall Nigeria Limited in 2020.

His expertise includes debt recovery, perfection of title, garnishee proceedings, maritime law, and litigation. He led the legal team for the legal audit of Airtel Nigeria Plc and played a key role in the Amended Lease Agreement between Airtel and various Lessors across Nigeria. He also managed the corporate restructuring that converted Suru Group Limited to Haldane McCall Plc.
