About Us
Governance
Compliance & adequate governance is at the fabric of our business operations.
Haldane McCall Plc upholds a robust corporate governance framework in alignment with the Nigerian Code of Corporate Governance (NCCG) 2018. At the helm of our organizational structure is the Board of Directors, comprising essential roles such as the Chairman, Group General Manager, Executive Directors, Non-Executive Directors, and Independent Non-Executive Directors. This diverse assembly reflects our commitment to fostering transparency, accountability, and the highest standards of corporate conduct.
In adherence to the NCCG guidelines, the Board of Directors plays a pivotal role in overseeing the strategic direction of the company, leveraging their collective expertise to make informed decisions that align with our core values and overarching objectives. This approach ensures the establishment of sound governance practices that contribute to the long-term sustainability and success of Haldane McCall Plc.
Supporting the Board’s oversight, we have a dedicated Management Team led by the Group General Manager. This team convenes regularly, meeting fortnightly to diligently implement the decisions and recommendations set forth by the Board of Directors. Through collaborative efforts, we ensure the effective execution of corporate strategies, operational plans, and key initiatives.
Furthermore, our Management Team places a strong emphasis on upholding ethical principles within our day-to-day business operations. By embedding strict ethical guidelines, we cultivate an organizational culture that prioritizes integrity, transparency, and responsible business practices. This commitment to ethical conduct is integral to Haldane McCall Plc’s identity and aligns with our broader mission to deliver value to stakeholders while maintaining the highest standards of corporate governance.
