We are happy to report to the market that Haldane McCall Plc the owner of Suru Homes and Suru Express brand in West Africa has obtained regulatory approval from SEC to list all his 3,122,000,000 shares on the Nigerian Exchange Group (NGX).
Following a further NGX approval, Haldane McCall PLC intend to complete it full listing before end of quarter four of 2022.
This new listing will position the company as a major player in the real estate and hotel business in West Africa.
