Sets strategic direction, oversees management, and makes informed decisions aligned with our values and objectives. Under NCCG guidelines, the Board is the governing authority of the Company.
Management Team
Led by the Group Managing Director, the Management Team implements the decisions and recommendations of the Board, executing corporate strategy, operational plans and key initiatives.
