Olajumoke has over two decades of experience in Investment Banking cutting across Financial Advisory, Structured Finance, Corporate Finance, Asset Securitization, Equity and Debt among others. She is also a compliance professional.
Over the years she has led and participated in notable deal structuring among which are the structuring and packaging of a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) in Nigeria for a Real Estate firm, packaging of a specialized Fund for a Mortgage Bank, packaging of the first merger in the Nigerian Pension Industry between First Alliance Pensions & Benefits Ltd and ARM Pensions Ltd which formed ARM Pension Managers and likewise the merger of three Capital Market firms now Planet capital and recently the packaging and noting of Wemabod Financing SPV Limited N3B Corporate Bond on the FMDQ . Others include Share capital reconstruction, various Capital Market Public and Private offerings and listing of Companies on the NGX,FMDQ among others and other landmark transactions in the private sector.
Olajumoke is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (ACIB). She holds an MBA (Finance) form the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife and HND Banking and Finance (Upper Credit) from the Polytechnic Ibadan,Oyo State.
She is a registered Sponsored Individual (Compliance) of the Securities and Exchange Commission, Nigeria and a member of the Committee of Chief Compliance Officers of Capital Market Operators in Nigeria (CCCOCIN).
Olajumoke has attended several training on the Capital Market, Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Risk Management organized by Securities and Exchange Commission Nigeria, the Nigerian Capital Market Institute (NCMI), Abuja, Cyber Security Academy and others.
To enhance her business acumen, Olajumoke recently acquired a Masters in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Rome Business School, Nigeria (May 2026) and Master in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Valencian International University, Rome (May 2026).
