Akintoye Adeyemi

An accomplished legal practitioner with a focus on litigation and advocacy, he completed his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) at Kogi State University in 2012, before attending the Nigerian Law School. He was admitted to the Nigerian Bar and enrolled as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 2013.
Specializing in corporate legal practice, he has worked extensively in Lagos and Kogi States, Nigeria. A talented courtroom advocate, he began his legal career at Fortune Chambers in Funtua Local Government Area, Katsina State, as part of his NYSC service. Afterward, he joined Trite Law Partners in Lagos and later became part of Messrs Niwa & Sceptre. His career progressed as he was engaged as Senior Counsel with F.O.A. Solicitors, eventually being promoted to Head of Chambers before joining Haldane McCall Nigeria Limited in 2020.
His areas of expertise include debt recovery, perfection of title, garnishee proceedings, maritime law, and litigation. He has represented clients in various courts, both appellate and lower, and has handled numerous high-profile legal matters. Known for his impressive litigation skills, he specializes in Commercial Law, Real Estate and Construction, Maritime, and Public and Administrative Litigation.
He led the legal team responsible for the legal audit of Airtel Nigeria Plc and played a key role in the successful execution of the Amended Lease Agreement between Airtel and various Lessors across Nigeria. Additionally, he has incorporated numerous private companies and managed corporate restructuring, including the conversion of Suru Group Limited to Haldane McCall Plc.
