Compliance and Governance Drive Our Operations
Our Governance
Haldane McCall Plc upholds a strong corporate governance framework aligned with the Nigerian Code of Corporate Governance (NCCG) 2018. At the top of our organisational structure is the Board of Directors, comprising roles such as the Chairman, Group Managing Director, Executive Directors, Non-Executive Directors, and Independent Non-Executive Directors. This diverse assembly underscores our commitment to transparency, accountability, and the highest standards of corporate conduct.
In adherence to NCCG guidelines, the Board of Directors plays a pivotal role in overseeing the strategic direction of the company, using their collective expertise to make informed decisions that align with our core values and objectives. This approach establishes sound governance practices, supporting the long-term sustainability and success of Haldane McCall Plc.
Supporting the Board’s oversight, our dedicated Management Team, led by the Group Managing Director, meets fortnightly to implement the decisions and recommendations of the Board. Through these collaborative efforts, we ensure the effective execution of corporate strategies, operational plans, and key initiatives.
In addition, our Management Team is committed to upholding ethical principles in all aspects of our operations. By embedding clear ethical guidelines, we foster a culture that values integrity, transparency, and responsible business practices. This dedication to ethical conduct is a core part of Haldane McCall Plc’s identity and aligns with our mission to deliver stakeholder value while upholding the highest standards of corporate governance.
